About ADE Services
Who We Are
ADE Services or "ADE" is Anthony Desilva Environmental Services led by our principal, Anthony Desilva M.Sc.Env.Sci. We have over 15 years of experience helping small, medium and large industrial clients successfully meet their federal and provincial (Ontario) environmental compliance obligations.
Mr. Desilva has previously worked for Envirotech Associates Ltd. and the renowned Canadian engineering consultant RWDI on projects related to air permits, regulatory reporting and landuse compatibility. He has worked on projects for multiple clients including Stellantis, GM, Metrolinx, Unilever Canada and various Ontario real estate developers.

Ontario Regulation 1/17 Environmental Activity and Sector Registry (EASR)
An ECA is a type of environmental permit issued by the Ontario Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) that allows certain industrial facilities to operate legally in Ontario. We develop all of the required documentation including analysis of environmental impacts to support ECA application submissions to the MECP.

Ontario Regulation 1/17 Environmental Activity and Sector Registry (EASR)

Design Reviews - Air Quality Impacts Modelling
We help facilities optimize or calibrate process that generate air emissions based on the need to be compliant with local air quality regulations. This work involves:
- Estimating rates of process emissions
- Dispersion modelling of emissions to assess impacts (AERMOD, Screen3)
- Refining/changing process rates and exhaust stack parameters to ensure compliance

We specialize in reporting to Environment Canada's National Pollutant Release Inventory (NPRI) and the City of Toronto's ChemTRAC reporting program.
We prepare estimates and supporting information required for these programs. We also submit these reports electronically via the respective online reporting portals.
